I designed and built a SaaS tool from start to finish to centralize and digitize part of a construction company’s operations.

  1. Fills in invoice details

    Suggests the date, amount, VAT, taxable base and invoice number. The bank is chosen manually.

  2. Finds delivery notes in PDFs

    Locates each delivery note and organizes the line items it contains.

  3. Classifies and posts costs

    Sorts the line items and assigns them to the right project inside the CRM.

  4. Keeps a person in control

    A person reviews the assignment and can confirm it manually before the workflow is complete.

OCR locates delivery notes in the PDF and organizes their line items. A person then assigns each one to a project.

The volume of invoices and delivery notes was creating an administrative bottleneck and delays in documentation and cost tracking.

I met with the team, learned how their CRM worked, and found that one solution was as simple as digitizing the traditional delivery note process.

I designed an automated flow that analyses each invoice and allows manual assignment or assignment with AI.

The team now transfers delivery notes in one day. Before, the process could take weeks.

The team had built up one to three months of backlog. It is now up to date.
